Weigh In - Week 2

..... drum roll please.......

I lost 1.4 pounds! (That's like 6 sticks of butter!) I'm happy about this weeks weigh in because it was a bit of gratification for staying (mostly) on track this week.

Of course I wasn't perfect -I did have more than a bite or two of a macadamia nut brownie sundae on Saturday night - but I tracked (counted my points) all week!

And thank you for all of you encouraging words, it really helped me stay on track, it reminded me to make smart food choices! So thank you!

  2. That is AWESOME!!! I was bummed that I gained this past weekend, but I knew it would happen and I knew it going in. I wanted to skip out on the meeting so bad but I went and I'm glad I did. It got me on track to making sure I lose this upcoming weigh-in.
Congratulations girl! Keep up the great work! :) (oh, and kudos to you for tracking even the extra nibbles - those are the hardest to count!)

  5. Yay! Congrats. :) I'm following the "filling foods" program and it's great. WW is the best because you can keep it up for life, and it feels less like a diet and more like realistic food choices!

  6. I would like to know what you are doing to help lose some weight. I have been trying for several months and no success. I want to lose about 25-30 lbs. So if you have any suggestions for me I would love to hear them. Thanks again.

  7. Awesome!!!! Nothing feels better than results on the scale...probably not even that macadamia nut brownie! (but it's a close second)
